When it poured for two days we shared warm conversations in the kitchen and when the rain clouds left we spent a day snorkeling in the ocean. We swam around nurse sharks, sting rays, turtles, lots of grouper fish, green eels, withering coral and kicked each other’s faces a little. There wasn’t anything dangerous or out of the ordinary about the trip but it was a nice pause. Ova continued to San Ignacio. I sent her this picture telling her how much I liked it. I smiled and motioned to photograph him and he nodded.
